Online courses intended with an innovative way to learn, review and practise Spanish grammar. Levels A1 to A2.

A 6-month licence for Grama-Exprés course costs $30 AUD each.

Online GRAMA-EXPRES ONLINE COURSES

If you're looking to improve your knowledge of Spanish grammar at A1 and A2 levels, you might want to consider the Grama-Exprés courses offered by the Instituto Cervantes. These courses provide interactive activities, explanations, outlines, and corrections to help you study and learn Spanish grammar at your own pace, wherever and whenever you want.

The estimated duration of each course is 12 hours. Enrolment is valid for 6 months starting from the date the user receives the access code upon confirmation of purchase.

The courses

All courses consist ina number of units , each with explanations and practical exercises on one of nine features of Spanish grammar addressed in keeping with the course level. Every unit includes two educational videos denominated ‘Let’s talk’ and ‘Take note’, with automatically corrected interactive activities to practise and consolidate lesson content.

Grama-Exprés AVE Global courses are purchased through eventbrite. You’ll receive confirmation of your purchase and registration details shortly after placing your order. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an email with your user name, password and the link to access the course platform. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Level A1.1 (180 days license)

  • Personal Information
  • Noun gender: maculine and feminine
  • Number: singular and plural
  • Physical description: ser [to be], tener [to have], llevar [to wear]
  • Pleasure-related expressions: gustar [like] and encantar [love]

Level A1.2 (180 days license)

  • Hay [there is/are] or está/están [is/are
  • Reflexive verbs used in everyday situations
  • Time-related prepositions
  • Definite and indefinite articles
  • Ser and estar [two forms of ‘to be’]
  • Conjunctions: y [and], o [or], pero [but], porque [because], es que

Level A2.1(180 days license)

  • Past tense: pretérito indefinido
  • Place-related prepositions
  • Comparison
  • The interrogative adverbs What? Which? How many?
  • Daily routine and habits expressions
  • Undetermined pronouns: algún, alguna [some], algo [something], alguien [someone]…

Level A2.2 (180 days license

  • Past tense: pretérito perfecto
  • Past tense: pretérito perfecto and pretérito indefinido
  • Estar + gerundio (Present continuous)
  • Direct object pronouns
  • Indirect object pronouns

Level A2.3 (180 days license)

  • Past tense: pretérito perfecto de indicativo(he hablado)
  • Past tense: pretérito indefinido(hablé)
  • Past tense: pretérito perfecto and pretérito indefinido (he hablado / hablé)
  • Past tense: pretérito imperfecto (hablaba)
  • Telling a story in the past tense
  • Joining elements and parts of a story
